Most shutter companies will sell you shutters online but the problem is they complicate things with confusing jargon. Talking about stiles and rails or rebates and butt finish not to mention a host of other complications with buying shutters.

None of that nonsense here. We have the DIY Shutter Designer™, it is a new way to order your diy wooden shutters online. All you need to know are a few basics like window size (obvious) the colour you want (still obvious) the louvre size (47mm, 64mm or 89.) and how many shutter panels you want on each window. It really is that simple.

The DIY Shutter Designer™ has been developed to show you what your diy shutters will look like before you buy. It will allow you to compare colours, styles, frames and many other options to find the perfect look for your shutters without knowing what it all means. They will just look fantastic.

How is all this possible

It is very simple, WE do all the work for you, all you need to do is use the DIY Shutter Designer™ and we will do the rest. Once you have created your first design simply save it to your account (see the demo's) and then the most difficult thing you have to do is send us a photograph of the window. That's made easy too.

In your account, upload your photo. We will check the photo and in the first instance mark the photo showing where to measure for the perfect fit and return it to you. Then we will make recommendations based on your photos and the designs you have created. This process continues until we are both happy that the shutters will not only look good but will fit perfectly.

But all that must cost a lot?

No you couldn't be further from the truth. This system gives us more time to help you rather than traveling the country making appointments and returning back. Quite often it can take 3 or 4 home visits which all takes time.
