Dark Lead shutters in high gloss with wide slats
Our Designer shutters have a unique flat slat profile, in addition these shutters have used very wide 114mm slats to really show off this design. The shutters are painted in a Dark Lead grey colour and have traditional central midrails. The gloss colouring goes perfectly with the wooden furniture in the room and perfectly contrasts the taupe and subtle shades of the room.
Designer kitchen shutters finished in Plaster
This minimal kitchen has been created with a designer style of subtle shades and colours based around a taupe theme. The shutters here have been constructed within recesses using an inside mount system. The panels have been left narrow as so they can be folded back into the recess without protruding into the room, also contrasting the wide louvers to make them appear larger. This design has also had the pushrods removed to keep as minimal and clean as possible.
Black Designer shutters in contrast to white bathroom
By contrasting the colour the eye is drawn to the shutters making them the centrepiece of the room. The installation has been made with 89mm slats and has used a central midrail to add stability and further light control. In this instance the bottom slats could be kept shut to keep privacy in the bathroom while the top slats were opened for light. The pushrod has been concealed for a more minimal look.
Full height window shutters with a midrail.
This large kitchen / dining area has contrasted dark colours with white walls to create a real monochrome effect. 89mm slats have been used in this large window to stay in perspective with the size, similarly the window has been split into thirds to keep the best possible ratio between size and panel height. Having the panels appropriate widths allows you to have less wood covering your window and therefore allows more light into your room.
Tuscan grey full height shutters in a kitchen/dining room
In this kitchen come dining room design, subtle shades have been used throughout to create a soft and calming look. The shutters installed here have used 89mm slats with concealed pushrods. These full height door shutters would typically have a supportive midrail somewhere along the height, however these doors have been made with large striking panels to stay as minimal as possible.

Extra White Designer shutters in a modern bedroom.
Desinger shutters are unique with their flat profile slat design. This design has used her shutters as doors in this bright white themed room. They have been attached with a track and have utilised a central midrail for a more elegant feel. By using white throughout the room, the small dashes of colour become the focal feature.

Claret red coloured full height shutters in a lounge
This lounge has used very narrow panels with full height shutters to create a very striking look. The narrow shutters have been installed with a track to allow them to stay correctly positioned. Using wide 114mm louvers with narrow panels creates a very unique look so when added to the Designer Collection colouring these shutters are perfectly suited to this dramatically designed lounge.
89mm louvered shutters for a light bathroom
This modern bathroom in a London flat has been fitted with white Designer Collection shutters. White shutters are often the favourites in bathrooms as the colour tends to draw more light into the room - perfect for rooms that may have smaller windows, or rooms with only one window. The shutter is made of a single panel hinged for access when the window needs to be cleaned, however is aimed at staying closed and having light adjusted by the tilt of the shutter blades.
