When you’re putting the finishing touches on your home, you want to know everything’s going to last. That’s why all our shutters come with a free 10-year guarantee as standard. They’re made to look great and stay that way.

We design our shutters to stand the test of time. So once they’re in your home, you’re covered for a full 10 years at no extra cost.
What’s covered?
Your guarantee starts from the day your shutters are delivered.
It includes:
- Structural issues (like cracks or faulty hinges)
- Warping
- Paint or stain discolouration
If something isn’t right, we’ll send out replacement parts to get things sorted. And if that’s not possible, we’ll replace the product.
Delivery is free for replacement parts within the first 5 years. From years 6–10, our standard delivery charges apply.
What’s not covered?
Our shutters are designed for straightforward DIY installation, so there are a few things we can’t include:
- The cost of hiring a third-party fitter
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues caused by incorrect measuring, installation or care
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Using shutters for anything other than indoor window coverings
- Use in commercial (non-domestic) settings
