We will dispatch your shutters as soon as the goods are ready. For our current lead times, please refer to the estimated dates on the individual products or check our delivery page.
Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands, shutter orders have a charge of £19.99 for standard delivery. If you're in a hurry, Express delivery is normally available on our UK-made Premium Faux Wood shutters - this service offers delivery within 10 working days of order confirmation and costs £35.
While our bespoke made to measure hardwood shutters are manufactured in China, our faux wood shutters are manufactured in the UK and can be delivered to you in 10 working days. These shutters are fantastic quality polyvinyl making them both waterproof and durable. Great value with a speedy turnaround. What's not to love?
We will take care of that by way of new shutters or replacing any damaged parts. However, importantly, the number of times shutters arrive to our customers damaged is very low. All shutters are packed with excellent packaging which ensure they arrive safely, but if the worst should happen just contact our customer service team for assistance.
